Community generosity is what gives thousands of families and children in poverty in our community opportunities to succeed. Community Builders

When you give $300 or more annually you demonstrate values shared with thousands of your neighbors and friends. As a Community Builder, you help families and children in Cass and Clay counties have the services and support to help those in need be successful.

A gift of $300 or more:
• Provides 2 children food every weekend for a year
Community Builders stay connected through:
• Access to the Lead UNITED programming and volunteer opportunities
• Event and volunteer announcements and updates

Leaders in Giving

Leaders in Giving have a deep commitment to helping people and transforming our community. They play an active role in guiding our community forward toward a better tomorrow for everyone through their generosity, empathy, and leadership by investing $720 or more annually to ensure that together we have the momentum to reach our Bold Goals.

A gift of $720 or more:
• Prevents 1 family from becoming homeless
• Provides 1 child mental health services for a year

• Access to Lead UNITED programming and volunteer opportunities
• Exclusive volunteer opportunities for you and your family
• Stories about lives changed because of your generosity

Legacy UNITED

Do you feel the calling to make an even greater and more lasting difference in our community? Legacy UNITED major giving program offers pathways for visionary individuals and families to create transformative change, both today and for generations to come. Legacy UNITED giving includes:

Tocqueville: This is a place where passionate individuals become more deeply involved in United Way’s mission and strategic goals to help our neighbors most in need by investing $10,000 or more annually.
Landmark Giving: These are donations of $10,000 or more made through planned giving or endowment. Planned gifts can take many forms and may be as simple as naming the United Way of Cass-Clay in your will or as beneficiary of a life insurance policy.
