Congratulations to the 2022 35 Under 35 Participants
On June 2, we hosted a Celebration Ceremony to honor the 2022 United Way 35 Under 35 Women’s Leadership Program participants as they wrapped up their program.
Over the last six months, these talented and bright women have challenged themselves to grow – both personally and professionally. This year’s sessions focused on topics such as goal setting and personal branding, emotional intelligence, imposter syndrome, crucial conversations, vulnerable leadership, and resiliency – just to name a few. The curriculum, and local, dynamic speakers are chosen to strengthen the leadership skills and confidence of female leaders, inspire collaboration and unity, and enhance the impact of women of women across our workplaces, homes, and community.

This program and the amazing women who complete it are critical in creating stronger local workplaces, homes, families, networks, and our entire community. To solve our community’s biggest challenges, it will take continued passion and leadership – this is why United Way is proud to offer this program – and even more proud when we see the amazing things these women do to create a better tomorrow for everyone.
